Ok, it’s no secret by now I like
Mojito’s. That sweet Key Lime Rum with
the refreshing taste of mint, what could be better! Add some spicy Jalapeno
from the garden, to quote Emeril Lagasse, BAM!
½ a Jalapeno
10-15 Mint Leaves
4 oz Parrot Bay Key Lime Rum
1 oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda
Muddle Jalapeno and Mint in the bottom of a shaker. Add Rum and let set 30 – 60 minutes, the longer it sits, the spicier the drink. Add ice and Simple Syrup. Shake.
Pour into glasses and add a splash of Club Soda. This is one of my favorites!!!
